Scholarships & Post Sponsorships should be mailed with camper’s enrollment form

We encourage families to keep a full copy of all paperwork submitted for your records.

*To protect your child's personal and medical information, we ask that completed forms not be sent via standard email. You may mail forms to our VFW Headquarters or use our secure Google upload link above. A Google account is required for the upload portal — we chose this approach intentionally. Dedicated enrollment software can cost thousands of dollars annually, and we'd rather put that money toward keeping camp affordable for families. We appreciate your partnership in keeping camper information secure.
